HB 140 (Income Tax Revenue Amendments)

This bill requires reporting when federal tax change results in an increase in state tax revenue. That revenue would be placed in a restricted account in order to provide a future tax cut.

Libertas supports this bill. State government should not receive a tax revenue windfall because of tax changes created by federal action.
