SB 221 (Short-term Rental Amendments)

This bill allows all homeowners in Utah the option to rent out a portion of their property to short-term renters so long as the property is owner-occupied.

Libertas supports this bill. Property owners should be able to control what they do on their own property, which includes renting a portion of their home regardless of the length of stay.
