Libertas supports this bill. This legislation aims to make it easier for qualified individuals to obtain occupational licenses in Utah by reducing barriers and creating pathways for licensure. If passed, the bill would allow the issuance of licenses to individuals with at least one year of experience practicing the occupation they are seeking licensing for, or who have education and experience that demonstrate competency. |
