This bill would allow government employees to more easily "double dip" by allowing retired employees to seek additional government employment after 60 days while continuing to collect their retirement.

Libertas Institute opposes this bill. Taxpayers should not be burdened with funding the extra costs of a government employee who desire to both collect wages and retirement simultaneously.
