This bill expands the access to the statewide online education system to sixth grade students attending middle school.

Libertas Institute supports this bill. Sixth grade students in middle schools were left out of the statewide online education system. This bill corrects that oversight. Libertas continues to support parents having a choice in whatever education option they think is best. Utah should continue to expand this and other options to all of Utah's students.
