This bill clarifies existing worker laws to ensure that companies merely serving as a platform to provide work opportunities to Utahns are not mislabeled as that worker's employer.

Libertas supports this bill. Utah should embody the principles of a person's right to work by empowering a work-friendly environment that is aware of the future.
