This bill seeks to regulate tech platforms' content moderation policies through a variety of means as well as remove liability protections for digital platforms.

Libertas opposes this bill. While we are sympathetic to the frustration content moderation decisions by these platforms have caused, leveraging the force of government for political reasons to force companies to adhere to political desires is not the right answer.
