This bill creates the UT-Fits Scholarship which is a universal education spending account which provides parents with choice in their child's education.

Libertas Institute supports this bill. Education spending is for a student's education. Unfortunately, many students don't fit into the traditional public education model. Providing parents with this scholarship allows them to find the right fit education for their child, because education in Utah should fit every student in Utah.
