Caden has spent the past five years in Washington, DC, studying the policies and policymakers that shape the lives of everyday people. Before joining Libertas Institute, he specialized in competition policy, data privacy, drone regulation, and online speech as the Technology and Innovation Associate at the Center for Growth and Opportunity at Utah State University.
Caden also worked with the technology policy think tank TechFreedom as a non-resident fellow while earning his JD from American University Washington College of Law. Before moving to the DC area, Caden earned a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University. Caden is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
